Email enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not send the message, store your answers on our server or create a customer account. You must send the email yourself. We do not save form text in browser storage.
If you send the email, IBA receives your sender address and the contents in its Gmail mailbox. Google processes email under its own terms. IBA may respond about your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.
Please avoid financial files, customer records, health information, passwords or account access. Contact itsybitsyagency@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry. There is no automated mailbox-deletion schedule configured by this website; email handling and any legally required retention are separate from the static form.
Guides and downloads
You can read and download our guides without an account or email address. A download does not subscribe you to anything. Worksheets are for your own use; completing a printed or downloaded worksheet does not send it to IBA.
Analytics is currently off
No Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, and this site does not load a Google Analytics tag. We do not currently have website-level visitor or conversion counts. Analytics preferences will offer a genuine accept/reject choice if analytics is configured in a later release. Browsing and enquiries will continue to work if you reject analytics.
Hosting and browser storage
The site is delivered through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure, which may process request information such as IP addresses and server logs for delivery and security. Those provider operations are distinct from IBA Analytics. This release uses no advertising pixels, external font services, newsletter database or AI backend.
Our code can store an analytics choice only once a real measurement configuration is enabled. It does not use that storage to keep your name, challenge or business information.
